Thank you for considering a position at Lookout Lutheran Community School.  This is a Pre-School with hours 9:00 A.M. – Noon.  The Teacher work hours are from 8:30 – until after the children, in the class, have gone home.  Only applicants with a degree will be considered for a Teaching position.  Other non-degree positions are assistants to the Teachers.

The Child/Adult classroom ratios range from 6 to 1, to 10 to 1 depending on the age group.  Most classes have at least two adults at all times.  All employees sign a ten-month contract, from August – May.  June and July are Summer Camp and staff is hired according to enrollment.
